FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; devices and the methods of manufacture of the articles of the type of the containers out of the thermoplastic material pellets by the thermoforming method.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the installation for manufacture of articles of the type of the containers from the pellets of the thermoplastic material by the method of thermoforming. The installation contains the means of transportation of the pellets through the different sections of the installation including the heating section and the section of thermoforming for the plastic deformation of the heated pellets by stretching. The pellets heating section contains the lower and upper heating tools. The means of transportation contain the transport components limiting the cells open from above and from below. Each cell is made with the capability of disposition in it of the pellet leaving its top and bottom sides completely free. The means of transportation contain the tools of disposition of the pellets in the cells, the driving tools for relocation of the transportation components into the heating section and the tools for relocation of the heated pellets into the thermoforming section. The lower tools of heating, which interact with the support for the pellets at relocation of the transportation tools into the heating section. The lower tools of heating contain the heater lower plate, which forms the support for the pellets at relocation of the transportation tools into the heating section. The installation also contains the cold supporting plate located beside the lower plate of the heater. The technical result attained at application of the installation consists in the improvement of the quality of heating of the pellets at their transportation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved the quality of heating of the pellets at their transportation.
