FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods of manufacture of the molded products.
SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the method of manufacture of the molded articles, predominantly, prostheses for invalids, and to the molded prosthetic device. The method of manufacture of the molded article, predominantly the prosthesis provides for: impregnation of the non-metallic fibers by the epoxy resin, as a result of which the impregnated fibers may be disposed so, that to form the sheet; cutting of the billets out of the indicated sheet; formation of the sequential layers out of the indicated billets, so that the indicated layers are placed one over another the friend (it is preferable, that the billets, in which the fibers are disposed in the intersected directions were alternated with the billets, in which the fibers are disposed in the longitudinal and-or transversal direction) in the molding cavity of the press mold. Then exercise forming of the package consisting out of the layers under pressure at the heightened temperature and withdrawal of the molded article - the prosthesis from the mold. The group of inventions also presents the molded article itself - the prosthesis for the patients of the different categories made out of the composite materials by the above described method. The technical result, which is attained at usage of the method and the prosthesis under these inventions consists, that the method ensures the capability of manufacture of the prostheses, including the prostheses with the range of the different weights or with different weight categories, in the cavity of the press mold of the one size, which makes the method more efficient and less expensive.
EFFECT: the group of inventions ensures the capability to manufacture the prostheses within the range of the different weights or the weight categories in the cavity of the press mold of one size making the method more efficient and less expensive.
