FIELD: supplying non-combustible liquid or gas.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises horizontal reactor that has a cylindrical combustion chamber provided with means for supplying fuel and air, reaction chamber provided with means for supplying the raw material, hardening chamber provided with means for supplying water and outlet branch pipe, and heat exchanger provided with branch pipes for supplying and discharging air. The device made of two coaxial vertical metallic pipes, heat-resistant pipe (14) and outer pipe (16), is interposed between the outlet branch pipe in the hardening chamber and heat exchanger. Pressure-tight interpipe space (17) is interposed between pipes (14) and (16). The outer surface of the inner heat-resistant pipe (14) connected with the outlet branch pipe of the hardening chamber and tube bank (19) of the heat exchanger is provided with longitudinal ribs (15). The inner side of outer pipe (16) is provided with steel cylinder (24) that defines space (25) together with its wall for heat insulating material insulated from space (17) with lids (26) and (27). The space between inner pipe (14) and steel cylinder (24) is 0.05-0.085 of its diameter. The top section of pressure-tight interpipe space (17) is in communication with the branch pipe for discharging air from the heat exchanger, and bottom section of the pressure-tight interpipe space is connected with branch pipe (8) for supplying air to the combustion chamber of the reactor.
