FIELD: portable battery power supplies of modified design.
SUBSTANCE: proposed portable battery power supply has battery cell incorporating plate contacts provided on upper surface of battery cell and cell-mounted protection circuit module; one or more holes designed for interconnecting battery cells and connecting to protection circuit module are perforated in protection circuit module so that connecting section between battery cell and protection circuit module is open outside from upper surface of battery cell.
EFFECT: reduced mass and size, facilitated manufacture.
