DIFFERENTIAL AMPLIFIER WITH INCREASED WEAKENING COEFFICIENT OF COPHASED INPUT SIGNAL Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC H03F3/46

Abstract RU 2317633 C1

FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use for amplifying broadband analog signals, in structure of analog microchips of varying functional purpose (for example, in operational amplifiers and comparators working with two signals, which have a cophased component).

SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier contains differential input cascade (1) on transistors (2) and (3) with support current supply (4) in their common emitter chain, counter-phased current outputs (5) and (6) of which are connected to inverting current inputs (7) and (8) of first (9) and second (10) of current mirrors, having also non-inverting current inputs (11) and (12), where current output (13) of first current mirror (9) is connected to input (14) of third current mirror (15), and current outputs of second (10) and third (15) current mirrors are connected to output (16) of differential amplifier. A cascade for extracting cophased input signal (17) is introduced, having potential (18), and also first (19) and second (20) current outputs and an additional support current supply (21), connected to its potential output (18), where first current output (19) of cascade (17) is connected to non-inverting current input (11) of first current mirror (9), and second current output (20) of cascade (17) is connected to non-inverting current input (12) of second current mirror (10).

EFFECT: increased weakening coefficient of cophased input signals.
