FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves implanting prosthesis using traditional techniques. The prosthesis is fastened by setting cylindrical implant having opening and corrugated surface and fixing members. The opening receiving the implant is produced along the axis arranged in perpendicular to alveolar socket axis. The opening is filled for the time being with neutral material until engraftment is accomplished. Fixing members are brought through via openings in the transplant and coaxial openings in the prosthesis. A fixing member is U-shaped springy clamp manufactured from round rod or as springy clamp manufactured from half-cylindrical rolled metal having curved regions on flat side so that pedicles introduced into implant and prosthesis openings assume cylindrical shape sparing gingival safety, or as T-shaped springy clamp or pin having countersunk head. The implant is manufactured as corrugated tube allowing the fixing members to be introduced, or as spiral tube manufactured from rectangular cross-section ribbon with minimum gap between the windings allowing diametrical spring-loading.
EFFECT: high reliability in fastening prostheses; provided confidence in prosthesis usage reliability.
