FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for dental prosthetics. Subperiosteal sellar all-ceramic implant includes a support base consisting of vestibular and lingual branches, supporting arm, fixing devices, locking elements for connection with orthopedic structures. Implant is made in the form of a solid non-separable bioceramic structure with thickness up to 3 mm, made in the form of a saddle with holes for fixing devices in the vertical plane of the support base and the horizontal plane of the support arm. Lingual branch is shortened and composes ½ from the height of the vestibular branch, and the distance between the side supports is from 5.2 to 10 mm.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the invasiveness and atrophy of a bone, to reduce the time of implantation.
