FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for application in dentistry as fixing element of dental prosthesis. Dental intraosteal implant is made from axonometric nanostructure titanium in form of rod with thread, between turns of which spiral groove is made, in top part of thread its runoff is made, in entrance part of thread gap with cutting edges is made, and in top part of rod ring-shaped hollows are made. Implant has: in top part of rod face; in gap, at least one hole; in entrance part of thread, at least one through opening, placed perpendicularly to rod axis. Implant surface has structure, which insures osteointegration of bone cells.
EFFECT: increase of implant installation stability, improvment of osteointegration conditions.
