FIELD: medical technique.

SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used for making non-implanted prosthetic appliances of mammary gland intended for replacement of tissue deficit during post-operational period. Method of making of prosthetic appliance is based upon formation of front part of exo-prosthetic appliance due to vacuumization of first polymer film envelope in matrix followed by supply of filler into matrix; formation of back part of prosthetic appliance due to placement of second part of polymer film envelope onto matrix followed by air removal and by creation of pressure directed onto second part of polymer film envelope along circuit of matrix; vulcanization of filler and connection of back part of exo-prosthetic appliance with front part of it. Device has matrix provided with vacuum duct for connection with gas-discharge device, cap, tightening screws, air outlet valve, punch disposed between cap and matrix, and pressure controller which has rod fixed in punch. Cap is made in form of two plates. Plates are connected together by tightening screws. There is damper between plates. Vacuum duct is provided with stop valve. Pressure controller is made in form of spring-loaded holder mounted at end of rod. Holder is provided with screw and it has minimal size of cross-section of working end being equal to ½ width of plank minimum.

EFFECT: production of clamping surface having spring contact wit tissues.
