FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and consists in manufacturing method of breast exo-prothesis having polymer shell with working surface for adjoining to the body and jelly-like filler. Weight and shape of the exo-prothesis is simulated by scanning healthy mammary gland and breast section with resected tissues by 3-D scanner. After vulcanisation the exo-prothesis is washed, is degreased, is maintained in alcoholic solution, dried, fixed at a distance from 15 to 50 cm from the sprayer head of colloidal solution concentrate of silver nanoparticles or bentonite in silver form, which are applied on working surface at an angle of 85-95°. Then the exo-prothesis is held for at least 15 minutes at a temperature of 20-35 °C and relative humidity of not less than 55 %, and it is dried.
EFFECT: invention also relates to the exo-prothesis obtained using said method, and to its use for replacement of thoracic tissues deficiency.
