FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: breast exo-prosthesis is made, having working surface for adjoining to body and at least two layers of silicon gel between layers, connected along outline of polymer film. Method includes evacuation of silicon layers with layers of film and their subsequent curing after preliminary cooling. Weight and shape of exo-prosthesis is pre-modelled by scanning healthy mammary gland and breast section with resected tissues using 3-D scanner. After vulcanisation exo-prosthesis is washed, degreased, aged with alcoholic solution, dried, fixed at a distance from 15 to 50 cm from sprayer head of concentrate of colloidal solution of silver nanoparticles or concentrated solution of nanoparticles of bentonite in silver form, which is applied in form of a coating on working surface at an angle of 85-95°. Exo-prosthesis is then held for at least 15 minutes at temperature 18-35 °C and relative humidity of not less than 55 % and completely dried or immediately dried completely with a fan at a temperature of 35-50 °C for 2-5 minutes. In particular, working surface of exo-prosthesis is held for 3-5 minutes in 5 % alcoholic solution; coating is applied at an angle of 90°, including on outer surface exo-prosthesis. In a particular case, when evacuating silicon layers simultaneously with layers of film method includes evacuating a first layer of silicone simultaneously with mid layer of film for 30-40 minutes with subsequent cooling during 20-30 minutes and curing at 160±3 °C for 1 h 40 minutes. Then evacuating second layer of silicone simultaneously with middle and upper layers of film for 30-40 minutes, with subsequent cooling during 20-30 minutes and curing at 160±3 °C during 30-40 minutes. Silicone used is a mixture of two low-molecular siloxane rubbers with different content dimethyl vinyl siloxane links at their ratio for first layer of 0.8-1.0, and for second layer 0.5-1.0. In particular, exo-prosthesis, modelled by scanning with a 3-D scanner a healthy mammary gland and breast section with resected tissues, has a working surface for adjoining to body, made with nano and at least two layers of silicon gel between layers connected along outline of polymer film.
EFFECT: method enables to replace thoracic tissue deficiency in postoperative period.
