FIELD: medicine, in particular, prosthetics. SUBSTANCE: method involves vacuumizing polymeric enclosure; charging it with gelatinous filler and subjecting to thermal welding; providing mold allowing welding of polyurethane seam to be performed simultaneously with cross-linking of gelatinous filler. Mold has receptacle-type electric heaters providing temperature along contour of films to be welded within the range of 160 plus and minus 5 C and over the whole mold - within the range of 80-120 C depending on size of lactiferous gland prosthesis. Mentioned temperature is kept for 30-40 min. Apparatus has die with cover, tightening screws, movable punch and punch pressure regulator. Channel is extending along die edge. Electric heaters with built-in temperature sensors are mounted in die and punch. Die is connected with vacuum pipeline. Valve of vacuum pipeline is arranged on die side surface. EFFECT: reduced prosthesis manufacture time, improved quality of prosthesis and reduced power consumption. 3 cl, 2 dwg
