METHOD OF CURING ONCOLOGICAL PATIENTS Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61N5/67 A61N5/10 A61B5/02 A61B5/26 G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2317832 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for curing oncological patients by using effect of ionizing radiation and low intensity laser radiation source. Individual parameters of blood current and time of laser effect during one procedure are determined. Before any laser influence, factor of blood micro-circulation in tissues and number of erythrocytes capillary blood are determined additionally. Time of laser influence during one procedure is determined as T=NexCBVx2,5λ/(FmxP/P'), where Ne is number of erythrocytes on base on Moore spreadsheet, units/l; CVB is volume of circulating blood depending on sex, weight and constitution of patient, l; λ is wavelength of low intensity laser radiation source in continuous or pulse mode, m; Fm is factor of patient's micro-circulation, units; P and P' is power of low intensity laser radiation at end of lightguide and power of low intensity laser radiation of diagnostic lightguide probe of Doppler analyzer correspondingly, W. Low intensity laser radiation is performed by means of intravenous injection within 280-760 nm wave range. Before treatment and before any laser procedure, blood samples are taken from veins. Parameters of morphological-functional condition of erythrocytes are determined on base of analysis of blood samples. Laser radiation procedures are stopped as soon as morphological-functional factors of erythrocytes reach 74-84% at level of discocites, 66-72% normocites, and phase amount of erythrocytes of 41-54 mkm3 correspondingly during two procedures. Ionizing radiation is used on base of individual prescriptions due to application of known methods.

EFFECT: individual approach at cure; reduced number of complications; higher sensitivity of tumor to radio therapy.
