SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used for dosed feeding of dust-type material into furnace for boiling glass. Device has first container for storage intended for reception and injection of flow of dust-type material, separation chamber connected to first container for storage, which separation chamber is alternately filled with dust-type material or is released from dust-type material. Second container for storage is connected with outlet channel of separation chamber for alternate filling of second container with dust-type material depending specified amount to be stored. Releasing aid is connected to inlet channel of second container for continuous control of release of dust-type material. Transporting aid is disposed under releasing aid for transportation of material to be released. Aids for measuring amount of dust-type material are provided in second container for alternate control of filling and release of second storing aid corresponding to specified level of storage or weight of dust-type material. Moreover, control aids intended for signal processing are formed by aids for calculating amount of dust-type material in second container and they are intended for alternate opening or closing of separation chamber for filling second container for storage in.
