FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to system for control of supply and burning of dusty fuel. Control system for glass furnace contains row of burners located in this furnace, which are used alternately for performance of burning cycles and burning absence for glass melting at least hopper for storage and supply of dusty fuel, at least system for supply of dusty fuel, which is filled with dusty material and emptied to create flow of dusty fuel to every burner in process of glass melting, and facility for control of filling and emptying of system for fuel supply on the basis of measurements and monitoring of dusty fuel amount, which is stored and supplied by this system of dusty fuel supply, which differs by the fact that it contains the following components: facility for monitoring of at least one operative variable of mentioned glass furnace on the basis of at least sensor, at that every sensor defines different variables in process of glass melting; four-sided pipe for distribution of fuel mixture with air or gas, at least along two distributive pipes for supply of fuel mixture with air or gas to every burner in alternate working cycles of burning and absence of burning, at that mixture of fuel with air or gas I based on monitoring and supply of dusty fuel to every burner and in mentioned operative variables of glass melting process, and control facility connected to facility for control of filling and emptying of dusty fuel supply system, facility for monitoring of at least one operative variable of glass melting process and facility for supply of fuel mixture with air or gas in at least two distributive pipes between cycles of burning and absence of burning of mentioned burners in glass melting furnace for distribution of fuel mixture with gas or air in these at least two distribution pipes for supply of fuel mixture with gas or air to every burner in alternating working cycles of burning and absence of burning.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce cost of melting with application of hard fuel such as for instance oil coke to produce glass by ecologically safe method.
