SUBSTANCE: use is made of a mobile device operating in the condition of wireless transmission of information, it is characterized by the fact that the mobile device receives a preliminarily coded signal from radio beacons, this signals contains the information sign identical to the information on the conditions of generation of the "remindings" that have been earlier introduced by the user into the assignment scheduler of the mobile device with a subsequent decoding of the signal with the aid of the hardware-software module and identification of the obtained information with the conditions of generation of the "remindings". At a mutual correspondence of the information contained in the signal and that earlier introduced by the user into the assignment scheduler of the mobile device the "reminder" preliminarily planned by the user is started. The information signs "PLACE" and "TIME" are used as the conditions of generation of the "remindings".
