FIELD: shoe industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using mixture for producing of vulcanized rubber combined with at least one reinforcing filler and at least one vulcanization accelerator. Said mixture has composition including at least one nitrile-based vulcanized rubber and at least one hydroxylated acrylic polymer introduced in solvent naphtha. Method further involves introducing dosed amounts of mixture into first cavity of mold having bottom defined by punch, with temperature therein being maintained within the range of 100-200°C, and top part wherein shoe-stopper is positioned and temperature is also maintained within the range of 100-200°C, said temperatures being regulated independently from one another; after manufacture of wearing part of sole using above method, lowering sole bottom part carrying punch for defining additional cavity; injecting polyurethane into said additional cavity. Vulcanizate may additionally react with polyurethane components to provide for strong mutual binding of two materials.
EFFECT: manufacture of sole for one cycle, said sole comprising wearing part containing vulcanizate joined with polyurethane substrate, that is, time wasting between processes for manufacture of sole wearing part having given composition and properties is avoided.
