FIELD: shoe industry, in particular, manufacture of shoe sole.

SUBSTANCE: method involves making shoe sole from cured rubber which may be mixture consisting of curable butadiene acrylonitrile rubber (synthetic butadiene nitrile rubber) of at least one hydroxyl-containing polyacrylate polymer, at least one reinforcement filler and at least one curing promoting agent; introducing predetermined dosed amount of said mixture into first cavity of mold having base defined by piston, with temperature thereof being maintained within the range of from 100 C and 200 C; maintaining temperature of pattern shoe positioned in upper part of mold within the range of from 100 C to 200 C, with temperature values in upper part and near bottom part of mold being independently adjusted; after manufacture of tread sole, lowering thus formed sole base supported by piston and forming additional cavity; injecting two-component polyurethane into newly formed cavity. Curable rubber produced from received mixture has many free links which react with polyurethane to thereby produce high durability connection.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in manufacture during one and the same cycle from cured rubber of sole provided with tread and connected to intermediate sole.
