FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of wear-resistant polymer material used for articles of various functional purpose, operating under conditions of intense wear and aggressive media, including for making sole of working, protective or sports shoes. Rubber mixture contains butadiene-nitrile rubber, with nitrile of acrylic acid (NAA) content of up to 40 wt%, butadiene-methylstyrene rubber CK(M)C-30ARKM-15, cis-isoprene rubber SKI-3, sulfur oil-filled sulfur, thiuram D, altax, captax, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide pigment, stearic acid, agidol-2, black white BS-100, rosyl-175, dibutyl phthalate, zeosil 1165, hollow corundum microspheres HCM-L, structol, technical carbon H 220, hepsol HPI, santogard PVI, vuhtasin RV/G, rosin and/or petroleum-resin Sibplast.
EFFECT: invention improves moldability on vulcanisation presses of solid fore-relief soles, reduces vulcanisation time during compression molding, minimizing the effect of aggressive media on manufactured articles, increasing wear resistance while maintaining high elasticity and resistance to multiple deformation.
