SUBSTANCE: coffee machine has a brewing unit equipped with a terminal for producing a beverage, and a device for preparing a portion of ground powdered coffee, comprising a filter holder cup, having a filter for introducing and collecting said portion of ground coffee powder, a connector to which the filter holder cup is detachably attached, and a coffee bean grinder, comprising a slider for dispensing ground coffee, having an outlet located above the filter of the filter holder. Device comprises a pressing piston of a portion of ground powdered coffee located in a cup of a filter holder, and a lifting mechanism of the pressing piston in a position above the outlet hole of the slider. Said lifting mechanism comprises a manual rotary control element, which is a manual lever or a handle, and a transmission, which converts rotation of manual control element into vertical translational movement of piston. Cup of the filter holder is configured to contain a portion of the pressed ground coffee powder, be separated from the said support and attached to the terminal of the brewing unit for production of a beverage.

EFFECT: disclosed is a device for pressing a portion of ground powdered coffee.
