SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drink preparation. Machine implementing the above method includes infusing device (11) with infusing chamber, control unit (31) to control drink preparation and outputting cycles, hydraulic system (1-13) for supply of hot water to infusing chamber with boiler (3) for water heating and with pump (7) for its supply to infusing device. Machine also includes pre-heating system of infusing chamber at the beginning of drink preparation and outputting cycle by steam supply to infusing chamber.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows increasing heating efficiency of infusing chamber and quality of made drink.
