FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves studying hemodynamic eye values. Systolic, diastolic, mean ophthalmic pressure in orbital artery and eye perfusion pressure are measured by applying ophthalmodynamography. Diastolic pressure being less than 50.6±5.0 mm of mercury column, mean ophthalmic pressure being less than 69.6±4.4 mm of mercury column, perfusion pressure being less than 48.9±1.6 mm of mercury column, glaucoma development is to be predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
