FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for treating injured medial ligamentous apparatus of knee joint. It involves an incision 1.5 cm long within an attachment point of proximal lateral tibial ligament and posterior oblique ligament from medial epicondyle towards adductor tubercle of femur. There are performed an incision 1.0 cm long within an attachment point of a projection of distal lateral tibial ligament and an incision 1.0 cm long in posteromedial joint 1.5 cm below joint space in a projection of distal end of the posterior oblique ligament. Bone canals are formed through the performed incisions. The lateral tibial ligament and posterior oblique ligament implants are performed through said bone canals, with the posterior oblique ligament implant in a projection of the posterior oblique ligament between fibrous and synovial layers of a joint capsule without penetrating into its cavity.

EFFECT: method allows improving stability of medial and posteromedial knee joint, reducing operative injures.
