FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device is shaped as wedge-like body having sharp tip. The device body boundaries are: intersecting concave and convex spherical surfaces from the sharp tip and asymmetric cone surface available on the opposite end. Grooves forming teeth are available on the side close to the asymmetric cone surface for giving way to spreading spongy substance. Bevels are available on groove end surfaces.
EFFECT: reduced risk of dysplasia recurrence; facilitated endoprosthesis introduction into bone bed.
