FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: endoprothesis is wedge-shaped body with pointed end, limited with concave and convex spherical surfaces crossing by pointed end and asymmetric conic surface by opposite end. There are teeth-forming grooves from pointed end. Convex spherical surface is furnished with fixing flange with sharp edge for insertion to upper intraosseous crack of hip bone; and teeth end surface is furnished with flanges for micromobility protection within bone resorption. Grooves width is not lower than teeth width; grooves do not contact with asymmetric conic surface by distance equal to groove width.
EFFECT: increased endoprothesis reliability primary fastened in hip bone bed; increased endoprothesis stability and reduced joint adaptation time.
