SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out semicircular osteotomy above the cotyloid cavity between the articulation capsule attachment place and iliac bone wing. Nameless bone endoprosthesis is introduced the formed slit. The endoprosthesis has longitudinal notches. Bone autografts are formed from iliac bone body above the endoprosthesis and placed into endoprosthesis notches. The slits arisen at their place is filled with osteoinductive material. The autografts are optionally formed above the endoprosthesis slots. It is advised to model the autografts with their cross-section dimensions not exceeding endoprosthesis slot cross-section dimensions but their length is to exceed endoprosthesis thickness in widening end. The autografts are produced as free and bound. The autografts are set into the endoprosthesis notches in both cases in thrust mode. Bound autografts are bent into the notches. Collapan is usable as the osteoinductive material for compensating supra-acetabular region.
