SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of agriculture and may be used mainly in the farms. The centrifugal cream separator includes the drum head mounted on the motionless hollow shaft containing the cover and the base. The drum head is supplied with the inlet-outlet device for the milk and its fractions, the tray holder with the package of the trays for the milk separation and the hydraulic drive. The latter consists of the fixed on the base of the drum head tubes with the nozzles disposed on the outer side of the base at the angle of 90° in the horizontal plane and creating the reaction force for the drum head rotation. In it there is the hermetically mounted partition forming the chamber for inlet of the working liquid or the vapor or the air into the tubes with the nozzles. The motionless hollow shaft has the pipe duct used for feeding of the indicated working agents into the chamber. The invention ensures separation of the whole amount of the milk fed into the drum head - in comparison with the known separator - that results in the increased productivity and effectiveness of the separator production process.
