FIELD: chemical industry; mechanical engineering industry; other industries; production of the anti-greasing compositions, the abrasive articles containing the anti-greasing compositions and the method of selection of anti-greasing compositions.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the abrasive machining and may be used at manufacture of the abrasive articles and at the abrasion operations of the different materials. The anti-greasing composition contains the first and second organic compounds. Each of them independently has its criterion, in compliance with which its aqueous interfacial angle W°g is less, than the aqueous interfacial angle W°z for zinc stearate, and fulfills at least one condition selected from the group, which includes the melting point Tmelt exceeding more 40°С, the dynamic coefficient of friction F is less than 0.4 and the anti-greasing parameter Р is more than 0.2. The first and second organic compounds are different and independently are represented by the formula selected from the group, which includes R-OSO3 -M +, RCONH(CH2)3N +(CH3)2CH2COO-, R-CONR'CH2CO2-M + and R- O(CO)CH2OSO3-M +, where R represents С6-С18 linear alkyl, R' represents С1-С4 linear alkyl and М+ represents the ion of the alkali metal. The invention presents description of the abrasive articles and the method of abrasion of the surfaces with usage of the given anti-greasing composition, which increases effectiveness and quality of the abrasion machining, ensures the capability of the abrasion machining of the articles at the different temperatures.

EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the described abrasion articles and the method of abrasion of the surfaces with usage of the given anti-greasing composition increases effectiveness and quality of the abrasion machining and the capability of abrasion of the articles at the different temperatures.
