SUBSTANCE: composition material includes additive being one or several elements from group containing magnesium, barium, strontium and rare earth metals at next relation of components, mass %: calcium, 25 - 45; additive, 1 - 15; iron, the balance. Composition material contains in addition fluorspar at next relation of components, mass: calcium, 25 - 45; fluorspar, 1 - 5; iron, the balance. Particle size of composition material is no more than 3 mm. Invention provides reduced contamination degree by oxide and sulfide inclusions, increased content of globular inclusions of steel.
EFFECT: improved strength and ductility of steel due to optimized structural state of steel.
