SUBSTANCE: filler includes calcium, silicium and magnesium in the form of magnesium silicide and/or magnesium salts, and/or metallic magnesium, as well as iron at the following component ratio, wt %: silicium 30-75; calcium 5-50; magnesium 0.1-15; and iron is the rest. In addition, filler includes barium in the form of silicides and/or salts at the following component ratio, wt %: silicium 30-75; calcium 5-40, barium 5-20; magnesium 0.1-15; and iron is the rest. In addition, filler includes halogenides at the following component ratio, wt %: silicium 30-70; calcium 12-40 (or calcium 5-40 and barium 5-20); magnesium 0.1-15; halogenides 0.1-12; and iron is the rest. In addition, filler includes at least one element of the group including vanadium, niobium, titanium, and rare-earth metals.
EFFECT: improvement of melt refinement and modification.
