SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by foaming of a material introduced into the melt for its processing inside the melt volume. The material contains a calcium-containing substance in the form of a mixture of calcium melt with silicon: and calcium in the metal phase, and also fusible flux from haloids in alkaline and/or alkali-earth metals, carbonates of alkali and/or alkali-earth metals at the following ratio of components, wt %: fusible flux 5-50, carbonates 5-20, calcium-containing substance - balance.
EFFECT: increased temperature-time interval of material and melt reacton, higher efficiency of melt and material reaction.
