FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: electronic system of compensation accelerometer contains differential capacitive transducer, two-phase AC generator, reference DC voltage source, amplifier consisting of AC amplifier, phase detector and DC amplifier with two antiphase outputs. In this case, a charge amplifier acts as AC amplifier, an integrator with two antiphase outputs acts as DC amplifier, and an additional DC amplifier is introduced at the output.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of the acceleration measurement by reducing noise, reducing the nonlinearity of the transfer characteristic, extending the frequency range of conversion, increasing the range of measured accelerations, reducing the temperature and temporal instability of zero signal offset of compensation accelerometer.
