FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preliminary vital-supravital tissue treatment in experimental animals with the help of methylene blue, which precedes general histological dyeing of lenticular sections with hematoxylin-eosin. While implementing the method, one should prepare the desired dilution of dyestuff's solution which should be introduced into circulatory system of experimental animal to achieve vital dyeing, and for the purpose of supravital final lenticular dyeing it should be covered with dyestuff's solution to be then placed into a thermostat; then one should prepare paraffin sections followed by general histological dyeing with hematoxylin-eosin. The innovation enables to carry out detailed detection of structural elements of lenticular cells at high significance.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection.
