SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed for metering ionosphere parameters by way of incoherent dissipation using Faraday effect has control unit, polarization control unit, controlled-polarization antenna, receiver, analog-to-digital computer, display, and time delay unit.
EFFECT: simplified design due to reducing number of antenna assemblies and receivers without reducing precision and other quality coefficients.
