SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, arm-bands are created with image of Red Cross, identity card and primary medical card of owner, recorded in electronic form in the memory of device on basis of electrically erasable programmable permanent memory device powered by non-contact high frequency power from portable informational set for recording-reading-indicating accounting information about medical, rescue and clerical personnel, a body, transmitted together with required accounting data to memory of the device by means of frequency manipulation of sinusoidal signals, and also manufactured and stored in the pocket of arm-band in pictorial form as passport of medical, rescue and clerical personnel.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of recognition and accounting of aforementioned personnel during operations under combat conditions and emergency situations under conditions of peace.
