FIELD: uniform clothing. SUBSTANCE: information carrier has face armband of white fabric, said armband being adapted for attachment to left arm for carrying in war and peace time to fulfill direct duties under combat conditions and in extreme situations for protecting military and medicinal personnel. Face armband has Red Cross emblem and military authority stamp and is provided with members for attaching to sleeve. Information carrier is further provided with reverse armband having special owner's identity card and sewn to face armband, which completely coincides with reverse armband in size. Reverse armband is manufactured from camouflaged serge and has standard shevron "Russian Medicinal Service" and pocket for identity card. Both armbands have vertical part with two parallel slots or loops for left-hand shoulder-strap. Armbands are made moisture-impermeable.
