CABLE SLEEVE FOR SUBMERSIBLE MOTOR Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC H02G15/02 

FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: sleeve can be used in end connectors for cables submerged into liquid medium. It can be also used in structures for introduction of voltage for submersible electric motors used as drives of centrifugal pumps. Internal space of case of sleeve of cable input is filled with sealing compound with high dielectric strength made on base of elastomer array. Set of plug tips is fixed inside case by means of thermal and aggression-resistant elastomer ring mounted for deformation in ring-shaped grooves at output part of case. Setting bushings are mounted at ends of lead protective sealing envelopes by means of threaded connection. Part of cable amour, having the same length or longer than diameter of cable's envelope, is pressurized by elastomer ring in tail part of case.

EFFECT: improved reliability; prolonged service life; safe cable input.
