FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use as device for amplifying high frequency analog signals, in structure of analog micro-chips of various functional purposes (operational amplifiers, fast action comparators of two voltages, etc).

SUBSTANCE: fast action differential amplifier contains input transistors (1,2) of different conductivity types, emitters of which are connected to each other and connected to first (3) input of differential amplifier, collectors are connected to first (4) and second (5) outputs for large signal, input transistors (8,9) of different conductivity types, emitters of which are connected to each other and connected to second input (10) of differential amplifier, collectors are connected to third (11) and fourth (12) outputs for large signal, auxiliary transistors (13, 14), base of transistor (1) is connected to supporting current supply (15), and base of transistor (9) is connected to supporting current supply (16). Introduced also are additional transistors (17,18), and also additional supporting current supplies (19,20), supporting current supply (19) is connected to emitter of transistor (17) and to base of transistor (8), supporting current supply (20) is connected to base of transistor (2) and to emitter of transistor (18), base of transistor (17) is connected to input (3) of differential amplifier, and its collector is connected to bus of negative power supply (7), base of transistor (18) is connected to input (10) of differential amplifier, and its collector is connected to bus of positive current supply (6), emitter of transistor (13) is connected to base of transistor (9), and its base is connected to input (3) of differential amplifier, and collector is connected to current supply (6), emitter of transistor (14) is connected to base of transistor (1), its base is connected to input (10) of differential amplifier, and collector is connected to power supply (7).
