FIELD: engineering of wireless communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, audio-video equipment (A/V equipment) constitutes a wireless network, using information of each channel, received by means of scanning of each channel from the set of currently controlled channels for computation of a predetermined parameter, and comparison of computed parameters to select an optimal channel. A/V equipment is configured to create wireless network on basis of channel, in which radio situation is most satisfactory, which is thus used to satisfy requirements of QoS and to ensure good service quality, and to efficiently distribute frequency resources in situation, when wireless equipment exists in mixed form.
EFFECT: setup of wireless network with optimized channel.
