FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out biochemical analysis of biological material sample taken from patient. 5 ml of oral fluid sample is taken on empty stomach during dental implantation preparation period and blood sample taken from forearm ulnar vein. Then, tetraiodothyronine concentration is determined in oral fluid. Thyrotropic hormone blood concentration is determined. Low, close to 72-80% of its general or free fraction in oral fluid, or no tetraiodothyronine concentration being the case or when thyrotropic hormone growing higher than 2 mU/l in blood, minimum thyroid insufficiency syndrome is considered to be available that in its turn is prerequisite to insufficient reparative capacity of dentomaxillary tissues.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of diagnosis; reduced risk of dental peri-implant appearing in patients.
