FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry and neurology, and can be used for corrective medication-based therapy during dental implantation in patients with epilepsy taking antiepileptic drugs for a long time. For this purpose, calcium carbonate 1,250 mg 2 times a day, colecalciferol 400 IU 2 times a day, alfacalcidol 0.5 mcg 2 times a day are introduced 1 month prior to and for 12 months after the dental implantation operation.
EFFECT: provides a possibility to increase the effectiveness of dental treatment in patients suffering from epilepsy and taking AEDs for a long time, regardless of the group of the drug and the duration of administration thereof, by improving osteoreparative processes.
