FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in surgical practice to restore bone tissue in the treatment of peri-implantitis. In the area of peri-implantitis, a mucoperiosteal flap is folded back. Granulation tissue is removed from the surface of the flap and around the implant. The exposed coils of the implant are closed with granulated calcium phosphate soaked in 1 ml of an aqueous solution of 15,000 IU/ml of cholecalciferol. Drug therapy is carried out using once daily at the same time in doses of osteogenon 830 mg, calcium gluconate 500 mg and vitamin D3 600 IU/ml for three months.
EFFECT: due to corrective therapy and stimulation of bone tissue regeneration the method allows to increase bone mineral density, restore bone structures in the augmentation focus, eliminate inflammatory processes near implant tissues, and also reduce treatment time.
