SUBSTANCE: the suggested endofixator is of ovoid shape, in its posterior departments there is a thickening with a rounded surface facing backwards and which forms transverse teeth from the bottom and from the top. The height of teeth is less against that of anterior departments of the fixator mentioned. External surfaces of end planes have got teeth being with inclination to the front. The innovation provides reliable ventral segmental stabilization of lumbar vertebral bodies along with reconstructing inter-body space and at possibility to apply a bone and/or materials with osteointegrational properties for obtaining a ventral block.
