FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring intrascleral space layer-by-layer in parallel slices all over the filtration cushion zone using optical coherent tomography approach. The obtained data are used for plotting map of intrascleral space and intraocular fluid filtration zone arrangement in the filtration cushion. Target descemetogoniopuncture place is determined with the map.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and high accuracy of laser radiation treatment; minimum laser radiation action upon patient.
