SUBSTANCE: invention relates to identification of enzyme used for production of preparation for anti-tumor agent delivery, wherein said agents are selectively converted to active substances in tumor tissue or cells. Primarily gene expression levels in healthy tissues or normal cells are compared with gene expression levels in human tumor tissue or tumor originated cells. Further enzyme is selected which has expression level in tumor tissue or cells exceeding expression level in healthy tissues or normal cells by two or more time. Preparation for anti-cancer agent delivery is prepared. Namely cells are cultivated in presence or in absence of tested compound wherein cDNA of identified enzyme is included into abovementioned cells. Then ability of tested agent to selectively convert into active substance in tumors is determined.
