SUBSTANCE: out of 400-600 ml patient's blood it is necessary to obtain erythrocytic mass and plasma enriched with thrombocytes that contains thrombocytes at the quantity being 1.5-2.5 times higher against their content in autoblood. Erythrocytic mass should be returned to the patients by infusion. Plasma enriched with thrombocytes should be introduced into soft tissues of a patient's shin and foot starting from the upper third of shin, per one seance, fan-shapely and diffusely distributing it in tissues. The above-mentioned procedures provide the release of thrombocytic growth factors at the quantity being sufficient for angiogenesis that provides efficient therapy in combination with minimal side effects due to shortening the volume of the preparation under injection and decreased number of the procedures conducted.
