SUBSTANCE: device can be used for supplying matter, in particular, fluid in form of suspension or solution either powder containing medicinal aid or vaccine into nasal respiratory tract of patient. Supplying device has nasal tip with nozzle, cuff member, matter supplying unit and mouthpiece. It can be successfully used for cure of many ordinary neurological diseases as Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease, psychiatric diseases and intracerebral infections in case the existing methods can be applied. Method of supplying medicinal aid into olfactory region is described, which region is disposed in top area of nasal tract and has to be only one area where hemato-encephalic barrier can be avoided and which region provides ability of communication with cerebrospinal fluid and with nerve tissue.
