SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in vehicle with independent suspension of wheels. Proposed vehicle wheel drive has shaft 1, upper and lower wishbones 2 and 3. Shaft 1 of drive is connected by inner universal joint 4 with driving axle 5 of automobile, and outer universal joint 6, with hub 7 of wheel 8. Hub 7 is installed in steering knuckle 10 on bearings 9. Wheel 8 is attached to hub 7 by bolt joint 11. Upper and lower wishbones, 2 and 3. Shaft 1 of drive is connected by inner universal joint 4 with driving axle 5 of automobile, and by outer universal joint 6, with hub 7 of wheel 8. Hub 7 is installed in steering knuckle 10 on bearings 9. Wheel 8 is attached to hub 7 by bolt joint 11. Upper and lower wishbones, 2 and 3, respectively, are hinge-connected by one end with vehicle axle 5, and by other end are hinge-mounted on steering knuckle 10 so that axis C coupling hinge joints of upper and lower wishbones passes in middle between inner universal joint 4 and outer universal joint 6 of drive shaft 1.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased service life of automobile units and steerability of automobile.
