TRUCK-BOOK FOR RAW TIRES Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC B62B3/04 

FIELD: tire industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of passenger cars and light truck tires, seat diameter from 13 to 16 inches and it can be used for transportation and storage of raw tires before curing. Proposed truck-book has frame, three pairs of nonturnable wheel supports with point of support of middle wheels located below plane connecting points of support of extreme wheels. Frame is made tubular and is provided with posts and bridge at one side. Central axle of middle pair of wheels is displaced relative to center of gravity of truck to side of one of extreme pairs of wheels. Truck-book contains four rubber ring diaphragms on each of four shelves. Three of four shelves are arranged on posts, they are collapsible and thrust, in raised up position, by rubber end diaphragm against bridge and each other, thus forming angle of 80-90 degrees to horizon. Shelf position locks are installed on extreme posts of frame.

EFFECT: increased capacity, provision of convenient and safe loading at reduction of labor input for transportation of each tire.
