FIELD: aerosol containers, particularly adapted to store and distribute large amounts of liquid products.
SUBSTANCE: container, for example one having 200 l capacity, is made as metal tank filled with product so that product volume is not more than 95% of tank volume. Top plug and adaptor pipe are mounted in upper tank end so that the plug and the pipe are displaced from tank center in opposite directions. Flexible pipe of polymeric material resistant to alcohol-containing liquid is connected to adaptor pipe. Flip-top plug is secured to free flexible pipe end through preform with remote bottom part. Additional polymeric pipe is secured to inner flip-top plug surface through ribs. Additional pipe has diameter less than inner diameter of main pipe and length exceeding that of main pipe and tank height. Additional pipe passes through main one so that free end of additional pipe is bent near lower tank bottom. Top plug is provided with disc valve screwed therein and to be connected with pressurization source. The pressurization source is made as mechanical pump, which provides excessive pressure of 0.1-0.5 mm hg or as bevels. The pipes are preferably produced of polyvinylchloride. Main pipe has diameter of 20 mm and length of 0.8-1.0 m. Additional pipe has diameter of 3.15 mm.
EFFECT: increased completeness and reliability of container unloading.
